Mulching

Mulching of garden beds is a great way to add an exclamation mark to your property. The purpose of mulch is to help retain moisture in your garden beds, while adding an aesthetically pleasing look to your yard. Mulch also breaks down over the year, which helps to provide your garden beds with added nutrients. Over the hot summer months, mulch can make the difference in the overall health of your plants as well as your water bill.

For all mulching jobs we use a premium, double shredded, chestnut brown, hardwood mulch. Other types and colors of mulch are available upon request.

When?

Mulching traditionally takes place during the spring months. We start as early as February and can mulch throughout the season if desired. Some of our customers also request a second mulching in the fall. This will help give your property a clean look throughout the holiday season.
